In consideration of Karbaba.ai providing vehicle inspection services, including the inspection report, you agree to pay the applicable inspection fee and taxes according to the prevailing inspection rates of Karbaba.ai.

The Karbaba.ai inspection report may be attached to the vehicle advertisement and may be made publicly available in accordance with Karbaba.ai’s applicable terms and conditions.

Karbaba.ai reserves the right to revise its inspection charges at any time without prior notice.

You acknowledge that Karbaba.ai inspectors use standard and accepted inspection techniques to identify faults; however, these methods may not detect every defect or issue in a vehicle. The vehicle’s model, age, condition, and circumstances at the time of inspection should also be considered when reviewing the report.

An inspection request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. After receiving the request, Karbaba.ai will coordinate with you to confirm the inspection date, time, and location, subject to the availability of technical staff.

In case of a delay from the customer’s side, the inspector will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before moving to the next scheduled inspection.

If the customer cancels a confirmed inspection for any reason, a cancellation fee of Rs. 1,000 will apply.

Inspection charges paid to Karbaba.ai are non-refundable. After payment of the applicable cancellation fee, you may request a fresh inspection appointment for another vehicle by contacting Karbaba.ai customer support.

Karbaba.ai reserves the right to decline inspection requests from customers with outstanding dues or those who repeatedly cancel scheduled inspection appointments, until all pending amounts are cleared.

As part of the inspection process, Karbaba.ai does not assemble, dismantle, remove, erect, or otherwise disturb any structure, fixture, component, assembly, or internal/external mechanism of the vehicle.

The vehicle must be positioned at the agreed inspection location on a safe, level surface with sufficient space around the vehicle for the inspector to carry out the inspection safely.

Karbaba.ai shall not be responsible for hidden, latent, or concealed defects that were not visually or otherwise reasonably identifiable during the inspection.

The inspection report reflects the vehicle’s condition only at the time the inspection is conducted. As a buyer, you remain responsible for personally checking the vehicle’s condition at the time of purchase.

The Karbaba.ai inspection report is applicable on an “as inspected” and “as of inspection date” basis. Karbaba.ai shall not be responsible for any change, modification, alteration, damage, or deterioration occurring after the inspection.

Karbaba.ai inspection services do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the nature, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or future condition of the information contained in the inspection report.

A road test is not included as part of the standard Karbaba.ai inspection service. If a road test is conducted with your consent, you accept full responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during the road test.

Karbaba.ai will not conduct a road test, even with customer consent, if the inspector determines that the vehicle is not in a safe or roadworthy condition. Any road test conducted will remain within the applicable local speed limits.

The person requesting the inspection is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available at the agreed location and time for the inspection.

The inspection report is prepared by Karbaba.ai for the individual named in the report and may not be presented as legal evidence before any court, authority, or legal proceeding without prior written consent from Karbaba.ai.

The inspection report prepared by Karbaba.ai shall remain the property of Karbaba.ai, and Karbaba.ai reserves the right to publish or use the report at its discretion.

By using Karbaba.ai’s inspection service, you authorize Karbaba.ai to use and/or publish the inspection report on its vehicle sales network, website, or other associated platforms in connection with the relevant vehicle listing.
